Parish Update from Fr. Dave Martin:
Our parish office has limited staffing during this time but we are checking voice mail messages. Non-emergency calls will be answered in a timely fashion but please be aware of our limited resources.
Important Update From Fr. Dave Martin
Given the recent directive from the Centers for Disease Control(CDC) banning gatherings of more than 10 people, Bishop Burbidge has made the decision to suspend public Masses.
I realize how distressing this news will be to everyone, especially during Lent and with the current level of anxiety many are experiencing. We will keep the church open for private prayer during the day. Please use the west entrance (school side) to access the church.
Our priests will celebrate the Masses privately and all Mass Intentions will be honored.
As you know, our parish programs and activities were suspended as of March 13 and our school closed.
Stay healthy, stay faithful and God bless,
There are several ways we can continue our financial support: 1.) Mailing in your offertory envelopes or checks; 2.) dropping off your offertory envelope to our lock box in the church vestibule, attached to white book shelves by entrance to Flaherty Hall; 3.) signing up for Faith Direct for recurring weekly or monthly donations, or making a one-time gift through Faith Direct.
The homepage of our parish website (www.saintlukemclean.org) has a link to Faith Direct or you can go directly to the Faith Direct website www.faithdirect.net) and sign up using our parish code VA516. Please also consider making a grant from your donor advised charitable fund or RMD from your IRA.
