Stewardship at Saint Luke Catholic Church
“For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” -Matt 6:21
Stewardship can be defined as a spiritual consciousness or lifestyle based on the understanding that all that we have and all that we are comes from God’s abundant grace. Stewardship is a way of life, a partnership with God that calls each of us as baptized Christians to share in the responsibility of caring for God’s creation. As a people of faith and disciples of the Gospel message, we are called to serve others by sharing our gifts of time, talent and treasure. With grateful hearts and true humility, stewardship enables us to move forward in our own faith as part of a worshiping community.
